Method:
Soak Small Millets Adai Mix with required water and salt for half an hour. Heat a pan with oil, mustard, onion, green chillies, curry leaves, coriander leaves, urad dhal, split Bengal gram and add this to the soaked mix. Make Adai on top of hot pan and fry with oil on both sides.
Ingredients:
Foxtail Millet, Kodo Millet, Little Millet, Barnyard Millet, Pulses, Red Chillies, Fenugreek & Asafoetida.
