Puttu Method:
Take the required mix and add it with hot water. Add salt and stir well. Put the mix in the idly plate and steam cook for 5-10 minutes. Then add grated coconut, ghee-fried cashewnut, cardamom powder and brown sugar. Puttu is ready to serve.
Idiyappam Medthod:
Take the required mix and add it with hot water. Add salt and stir well. Put the mix in the idly plate or idiyappam achu and steam cook for 5-10 minutes. Idiyappam is ready to serve.
Kozhukkattai Medhod:
Take the required mix and add it with hot water. Add salt and stir well. Roll the flour into round balls like a poori, add fried groundnut, jiggery pooranam and fold it. Steam cook for 5-10 minutes. Kozhukkattai is ready to serve.
