Method:
Heat a deep curved pan with oil. Add mustard seeds, toor dhal, bengal gram, onion, green chillies, curry leaves, asafoetida and fry. Add water, (for 1 cup of Diabetic Upma Mix add 5 cups of water) salt and Boil. Add Upma Mix in the boiled water and stir in reduced flame. When moisture is absorbed and Upma is cooked remove from fire. Finally add corriander leaves and serve hot.

Kaatuyanam Rice, Mappillai Samba Rice, Ragi, Kambu, Samba Wheat, Foxtail Millet, Kodo Millet, Barnyard Millet, Little Millet & Cumin Seeds.
